Breaking: Virginia Tech Hokies Football Officially Announced The Departure Of Two Top Telanted Superstar

Two former Virginia Tech players are being highlighted as potential sleepers to watch at the 2025 NFL Combine, which kicks off next week in Indianapolis. The combine, featuring 329 college football players hoping to make a mark and secure a spot in the NFL, will be a crucial opportunity for these athletes to impress scouts, coaches, and team executives.

Among the six former Virginia Tech players participating, running back Bhayshul Tuten and wide receiver Da’Quan Felton have been singled out as sleepers by PFF. Both players have a chance to improve their draft positions and potentially be selected higher than expected.

Tuten, who has already received some pre-combine attention, is considered a potential darkhorse candidate for the first round, provided he performs well at the combine. Despite his smaller stature, Tuten impressed Hokies fans with his ability to break tackles and use his speed to break free in the open field.

Felton, on the other hand, was an underrated wide receiver for Virginia Tech over the past few seasons. While his potential was often underutilized by former offensive coordinator Tyler Bowen, leading to a career high of only 650 receiving yards in a season, Felton proved to be a reliable option when called upon. His ability to gain yards after the catch makes him a valuable asset.

The combine will feature meetings, drills, and other activities for the players, giving them a final chance to boost their draft stock with the NFL Draft just two months away. For Tuten, Felton, and other former Hokies, this week could be pivotal in shaping their professional futures.
