Kris Knox of Bleacher Report posits that the Eagles, known for their adept offensive line development, could trade for Neal and transition him to guard, thereby filling the potential void left by Becton’s departure.
The feasibility of acquiring Neal hinges on several factors. The Giants may be open to trading him, especially if they do not plan to exercise his fifth-year option. While intra-division trades are uncommon, the mutual benefits could prompt both teams to consider the move. For the Eagles, Neal’s addition would provide depth and potential at right guard, while the Giants could recoup value for a player who has yet to meet expectations.
