The Indiana Fever and Caitlin Clark recently had their farewell interviews for the 2024 WNBA season. Following multiple player interviews, reporters had the opportunity to meet with Christie Sides, the head coach.

Speaking specifically about Clark, Sides expressed her admiration for the youngster. She clarified that as Indiana’s established starting point guard, Clark will be captaining the Fever for many years to come.

Clark averaged 19.2 points, 8.4 assists, and 5.7 rebounds per game in her first campaign. In her first season as a pro, she established herself as one of the top players in the WNBA by leading the rookie class in average points and assists.
