“I Want To Leave For Him To Play”: Just In Pittsburgh Steelers Just Announced The Departure Of Another Two Top Sensational High Profile Superstar Due To……

Two weeks after joining the practice squad, former Pittsburgh Steelers running back La’Mical Perine was released by the Green Bay Packers. The Steelers cut Perine as part of their 53-man roster reductions. The Steelers re-signed Jonathan Ward and added Boston Scott to their roster rather than adding him back to the practice squad. The Steelers welcomed Aaron Shampklin back after Scott was hurt.

Prior to joining the Steelers, Perine played for a while with the Kansas City Chiefs. Perine, who was selected by the New York Jets in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft, has 340 rushing yards in his career. After bouncing about for just two seasons in New York, he finally settled with the Chiefs. Perine was a member of the Chiefs’ two Super Bowl-winning squads while he was there.

Now that he is available, the 26-year-old will search for another chance and may contact the Steelers again. The Steelers obviously liked Perine enough to give him carries because at the conclusion of the preseason, he was the first running back off the bench.
