ESPN Report SAD NEWS: Just In Bruins Confirm Another Top Sensational Star Player Just Decline New Contract With Bruins And Sign With Rivals……

Oskar Steen will join Färjestad of the Swedish Hockey League following five seasons with the Boston Bruins, the team announced on Saturday.

The forward’s journey to the NHL was facilitated by Färjestad, where he began his career. Before joining the Providence Bruins, Steen played three seasons with the Boston Bruins from 2016–19.

Though Steen would have preferred to remain with the Bruins longer, he decided to return home.

It feels quite wonderful. Even though you may have planned to stay a bit longer over there, you have somehow longingly anticipated this day,” Steen stated in a statement, which was translated by Google Translate. “But it feels really good because Färjestad is my favorite team and I have a great time in Karlstad.”

Story continues beneath the pop-up.

The Swedish native from Karlstad played 60 games with the Bruins but spent most of his career in the AHL. He played 9:08 minutes of ice time per game with Boston over the course of four seasons, tallying eight points on four goals and four assists.

Steen scored 119 points in 230 regular-season and postseason games over his five seasons in Providence.

“Over those years, I played with very good players and learned from world-class players, and I gained a lot of experience.” I feel so eager to return and share what I stand for since I’ve seen and learnt so much,” Steen remarked.

After being placed on waivers in February, Steen played in the AHL for the remainder of the season.
