Bull rider dies after injury in Texas rodeo event..

Dylan Grant, a 24-year-old professional bull rider from Wyoming, tragically died on April 3, 2025, after being thrown from and trampled by a bull during the Xtreme Bulls event at the Wharton County Youth Fair in Wharton, Texas. Despite immediate medical attention and airlifting to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in Houston, he succumbed to his injuries .

Grant was a rising star in the rodeo community, having competed for the University of Wyoming Rodeo Team and winning the Mountain States Circuit Finals Rodeo in 2021.
