Breaking: Wisconsin Badgers 22-Years-old Max Klesmit Fan Favorite Superstar Officially Leave Basketball

Max Klesmit Remains Sidelined for Wisconsin Basketball Against Minnesota

The No. 12 Wisconsin Badgers will once again be without guard Max Klesmit as they face Minnesota in Big Ten competition.

The game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. CT at Williams Arena in Minneapolis and will be broadcast live on the Big Ten Network.

Wisconsin (22-7, 12-6) is coming off a tough loss to Michigan State over the weekend, marking their second defeat in the last three games.

With Klesmit unavailable, head coach Greg Gard turned to Kamari McGee, who contributed three points, three rebounds, and three assists against the Spartans. John Blackwell led the offense with 16 points, while Nolan Winter was dominant on the boards, securing 17 rebounds.

Klesmit suffered a lower-body injury during Wisconsin’s dominant 88-62 victory over Washington on February 25, logging just five minutes before exiting.

The Badgers’ final regular-season game before the Big Ten Tournament is set for Saturday against Penn State, which could be Klesmit’s next chance to return to action.
