SAD NEWS: Just In LSU Tigers Football Just Officially Announces The Departure Of Two Top Sensational Star Players Due To……

Wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase of the Cincinnati Bengals and Jerry Rice were the only players to accomplish an outstanding feat last season. Chase finished the fifth week of the 2023 season with 15 receptions for 192 yards and three touchdowns. Since 1950, no one else but him and Rice has been able to accomplish it.

Chase reached another milestone in the Bengals’ 34-24 victory against the Carolina Panthers yesterday, joining Rice and a few other well-known players less than a year later.

This was especially delicious because it was the Bengals’ first victory of the season following a slow start.

With 4,000+ receiving yards and 30+ touchdowns in his first 50 NFL games, Chase joins Rice, Randy Moss, Odell Beckham Jr., and former Bengal A.J. Green as a wide receiver.

Chase gave a fantastic performance yesterday, which helped him get into this restricted club. On a sunny Sunday day, Chase finished with three receptions for 85 yards and one touchdown. In addition, Chase would receive their one game before A.J. Green did.

Since the Bengals selected Chase in 2021 to reunite with his LSU friend Joe Burrow, he has been compared to some of the top modern wide receivers in the league.

Not that Chase’s inclusion in an elite club of receivers was the only thing that occurred to him yesterday in Charlotte, North Carolina. With his touchdown reception and run, the Bengals wide receiver would also draw a tie with Tyreek Hill for the most touchdown catches of forty yards or more since 2021.

In relation to that statistic, Chase’s touchdown total is 13. He scored twice on Monday Night Football last week, making this his third touchdown in the past two weeks.

One can’t help but wonder how much more Chase can do in his career after he joined the ranks of other Hall of Famers yesterday. Where he will rank among the greats is still up in the air.
