The Raiders’ best player on the defensive end of the ball, Davante Adams, may like to leave Las Vegas, but he isn’t planning on leaving.
Defensive end After missing Week Four due to an ankle injury, Maxx Crosby made a comeback to the starting lineup and recorded two sacks in the Broncos game on Sunday. Following the game, Crosby discussed his dedication to the Raiders and addressed rumors that he would follow Adams in trying to push his way onto a new team. He also mentioned, “a lot of people that have a lot to say when they really don’t know what’s going on.”
Crosby expressed unequivocally that he “doesn’t want to go anywhere” and that turning the Raiders around is his only priority.
Per Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com, Crosby stated, “Davante’s my boy, and I love Davante, and he’s going to do what he’s going to do.” “I’m sending him my warmest wishes and prayers. He’s not well at the moment. He needs to get well. However, our attention is on the Raiders… The people present are our main concern. We’re focused on winning. Thus, we must devise strategies for doing that.
The Raiders failed to win on Sunday, and without Adams, their road to victory will be more challenging, but it appears that’s the one they’ll be traveling down soon.
