Jimmy Butler disappointed fans on Monday during the Miami Heat’s media day.
In anticipation of the 2024–2025 NBA season, the Heat celebrated the start of their training camp with a media day on Monday. Butler has been known to arrive at the team’s media day in the past few years with an unconventional appearance and sense of style.
Butler debuted sporting dreadlocks in 2022 and an emo haircut the previous year.
With great anticipation, fans wondered what Butler will dress like this year heading into Monday.
Butler, unfortunately for those supporters, went as Butler.
The Heat finished 46-36 the previous season and lost to the Boston Celtics, who went on to win the championship, in five games during the first round of the playoffs. Maybe this year, Pat Riley’s evident unhappiness with Butler and the Heat’s disappointing season made the six-time All-Star decide to take things more seriously.
