BREAKING NEWS: Just In Indiana Fever Confirm Two Top Sensational Star Player Just Rejected Indiana Fever Contract Extension Due To…..

On Friday, September 13, Caitlin Clark was the star of the show. This comes after the rookie sensation from the Indiana Fever established a new record for the most assists in a single season in the WNBA.

But Clark wasn’t the only one who stood out in Indiana’s 78-74 defeat to the Las Vegas Aces. In the same game, guard Kelsey Mitchell, a two-time All-Star, who plays with her in the backcourt, also made history. As for Mitchell, she broke the previous record for the most points in a single season in the history of the Fever.

The seasoned player increased her season total to 733 points against the Aces with a team-high 20 points. The five-foot-eight guard astonishingly broke her own mark for the most points scored by an Indiana athlete in a single season.

Not long after Friday’s defeat, the Fever made the significant statement on X, formerly known as Twitter. Unfortunately for Mitchell (and Clark), the two-time reigning champion Aces defeated her during her memorable evening.

This was Indiana’s second consecutive loss to Las Vegas after they were defeated by the same team on Wednesday, September 11, 86-75. With this defeat, the Fever’s record is at 19-19. With two games left in the regular season, they are still sixth in the league and hold a 1.5-game lead over the seventh-seeded Phoenix Mercury.

On Sunday, Mitchell, Clark, and the rest of the team will play their final home game of the regular season at Gainbridge Fieldhouse against the Dallas Wings.
