Mitchell, on the other hand, finished with a 36-6-3 stat line on 5-of-7 from beyond the arc. Clark posted a picture of the Fever’s game statistics on her Instagram Stories.
After that, she referred to Mitchell as her “backcourt homie” in the caption. It’s very appropriate that Caitlin Clark dubbed Kelsey Mitchell her “backcourt homie” given how well the two are playing together. The Fever have won six of their seven games since returning from the Olympic break, including four straight wins with the two leading the way. In six games, Mitchell has averaged over 20 points per game, while Clark has put up five 20-point, five-assist games during that time.
