They clarified that although Clark’s average three-point shot comes from 28 feet and 1.
1 inches, the WNBA three-point line is 22 feet and 1.75 inches. To demonstrate how good the rookie has been, two of Clark’s opponents—Sabrina Ionescu and Diana Taurasi—were included in the edit, along with a shot showing Clark’s distance from the hoop during these attempts. Taurasi’s three-point range was 25.93 feet, while Ionescu’s was 26.10 feet.
Following the conclusion of the Indiana Fever’s explanation, they shared a brief message summarizing Clark’s amazing achievement. “League of her own,” the official Indiana Fever social media website stated. Christine Tannous/IndyStar / USA TODAY NETWORK Since returning from the WNBA’s summer Olympics break, Clark’s scoring prowess has been showcased on a new level. Clark’s efficiency numbers increased as the Indiana Fever won their next two games against the Phoenix Mercury and Seattle Storm.
On August 16, Clark led the Fever to a 98-89 victory over the Mercury with 29 points, 10 assists, five rebounds, and a 50% shooting percentage. The youngster scored 23 points, dished out nine assists, pulled down five rebounds, and shot 47.4% from the field in the next game against the Storm.
