Team USA dominated Puerto Rico 104-83, with Miami Heat star Bam Adebayo taking a backseat following a huge 18-point outing against South Sudan. Despite just scoring three points in the end, Adebayo made a defensive contribution with two steals and five rebounds.

Puerto Rico got off to a fast start and was ahead after the first quarter. The ability of Team USA to exploit their opponent’s defense proved to be the difference in this game.
