Prior to the start of the series on Friday at Coors Field, the Atlanta Braves made a few announcements. The team optioned right-hander Parker Dunshee to Triple-A Gwinnett and recalled southpaw Zach Logue to Atlanta.

Despite not being used on Friday, Logue was brought in as a fresh arm for the series in Denver. Considering the Braves’ current pitching predicament, his turn will undoubtedly come.
