The KC Elite 7v7 Tournament, organized by Mill Valley High School, took place this past weekend.
Six programs in the field advanced to the state quarterfinals the previous year, but Blue Valley won the championship with a clean sweep of the competition.
At the event, 2025 Wildcat pledge Maguire Richman displayed his leadership and sideline to sideline coverage as an intimidating, rover-style safety, leading one of the most stingy defenses as a team captain.
