GOOD NEWS: Just In Dallas Mavericks Just Confirm To Reach Agreement With Boston Celtics To Sign Another Top Experienced High Profile Player……..

Summer League has become the main focus for most basketball enthusiasts while NBA free agency has slowed down.

The Dallas Mavericks’ Summer League campaign started off with a close loss to the Utah Jazz, but a few of their young players displayed signs that they could soon make an impact for Dallas. Melvin Ajincca, a second-round pick, finished with 13 points, while Brandon Williams finished with 21 points.

Numerous players on the Mavs Summer League squad have a chance to make the final roster, so Dallas must use that last roster spot wisely.

Malachi Flynn is brought in by the Mavericks for a workout after rumors of interest
According to reports, they want to improve the depth of their backcourt off the bench, and Malachi Flynn is one player they’ve been connected to.

Flynn was the subject of initial reports earlier this month that Dallas was interested in him. Dalton Trigg of Dallas Basketball claims that the Mavs had worked out Flynn.

This demonstrates that Dallas is still considering their alternatives for the player they want to sign with the last roster space and that their earlier interest in Flynn this month is legitimate.

They’ve expressed interest in a few guards, including Flynn, Dennis Smith Jr., and Spencer Dinwiddie, but there have also been rumors that they want to re-sign Markieff Morris.

Although most people might pass over this 15th roster place, it’s undoubtedly a method for this club to get better. Dallas recently suffered a defeat in the NBA Finals; a wise decision here could further improve their team.

Dallas would get a young point guard with explosive offensive ability if they signed Flynn, and the Mavs would undoubtedly use his balanced scoring assault. Flynn shot 41.8 percent from the floor last season and averaged 5.5 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game. His best performance came against the Atlanta Hawks, where he scored 50 points.

Flynn’s ability to score is much underestimated, and his skill with the ball enables him to find his places all over the court. He plays with confidence and is a good shooter both off the catch and off the dribble.

Given that the Mavs worked Flynn out, there is certainly some interest in him. However, it remains to be seen if Dallas will choose to do the same.

Stay tuned for the most recent information regarding the Dallas Mavericks and their purported interest in Malachi Flynn in free agency.
