Over the weekend, three-star offensive lineman Jacobe Ward committed to Auburn football, making him the 16th prospect in the class of 2025. Ward, who hails from Savannah, Georgia, attends Benedictine Military School, where current Auburn quarterback Holden Geriner went to school.

Ward made his first trip to the Plains in March, and even after trips to South Carolina, LSU, and Tennessee, the Tigers continued to lead in the OL recruiting class. Following his formal June visit, Ward was prepared to make the Tigers his home. He revealed to Auburn Live that a key consideration in his choice was his rapport with the Auburn football coaching staff.
