On a soggy Wednesday night in Queens, the New York Mets easily defeated the New York Yankees, 12-2, to win the two-game series.

One member of the Mets’ side took a shot at Yankees right fielder Juan Soto during the game, and he didn’t hold back, while the broadcast booths of both teams traded barbs before and during the contest.
